GrandeMarshall “Mugga Man”

I had the incredible opportunity to work on the “Mugga Man” project with GrandeMarshall, a rising star in the hip-hop scene, under the esteemed Fool’s Gold Records. This 21-track follow-up to his debut, “800”, showcases GrandeMarshall's unique sound and lyrical prowess, blending minimal features with soulful, cinematic production.

My role involved collaborating closely with GrandeMarshall and the team to provide art direction, package design, as well as A&R. The artwork complements the album's themes of authenticity, vulnerability, and street-savvy bravado. The artwork reflects the essence of GrandeMarshall's storytelling, capturing his experiences growing up in North Philly while resonating with fans of the genre.

The mixtape features standout tracks like “Superleggera,” “Full Court Press,” and “Head to Feet,” which highlight his confident delivery and distinct style. This project is not just a collection of songs; it's an exploration of lifestyle rap that celebrates the culture and intricacies of his life.

Mugga Man has emerged as one of the more complete rookie releases of the year, proving that GrandeMarshall is an artist to watch as he continues to break through the noise in the music industry. I’m proud to have been a part of this journey and excited to see how he continues to evolve!
